Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of the ancient civilizations of northern Peru and discover the secrets left behind by the Moche and Chimú peoples. Explore impressive temples, massive walls, and remarkable adobe structures that still preserve centuries of history.

On this tour, we will visit the Huacas del Sol y la Luna (Temples of the Sun and Moon), where you will discover the legacy of one of ancient Peru’s most powerful cultures. We will continue to Chan Chan—the largest adobe city in the Americas—to admire its incredible reliefs and ceremonial spaces. Additionally, we will explore the Chan Chan Museum and conclude the day in Huanchaco, enjoying the sea breeze and the traditional Caballitos de Totora (reed watercraft used for artisanal fishing) that keep our ancestors’ heritage alive.

When is the best time to visit Trujillo?

Trujillo can be visited year-round, but if you wish to enjoy sunnier days and explore the outdoors more comfortably, we recommend traveling between April and December, when the skies tend to remain clear. These conditions allow you to better appreciate the archaeological attractions, making your experience an unforgettable trip.

What important details should I know about the Full Day?

About the Van you should know:

-In order to comply with the itinerary, the maximum tolerance to start the trip will be 15 minutes.

-The mobility seats will be occupied according to the order of arrival, and you must return in the same seat in which you traveled at the start of the tour.

How long in advance can I make a reservation?

Maximum up to 48 hours before the start of the tour and/or subject to space availability (only if you are already in Trujillo). But if you are from a neighboring country or from any other part of the world, we recommend you book at least 7 days in advance.

Do I have to carry an identity document during the tour?

Yes, it is essential that all participants carry a valid ID, Immigration Card or Passport during the tour, since the entrance tickets can only be purchased physically on the same day of the tour and presenting the document at the ticket office of the attractive to visit.
