An outdoor adventure that you can’t miss! The Guñog thermal baths (4335 meters above sea level) are located between the snow-capped mountains of Pumarinri and Millpu, very close to the Huayhuash mountain range. From here we will depart towards the Escalón waterfalls and the Viconga Lagoon on a trek of approximately 1 hour. If you arrive in Lima or are in Lima and want to get away from the city, you already know that this destination awaits you to help you relax and connect with nature.

Day 1DEPARTURE TO URAMASA

  • 22:00: Departure towards the Uramasa Valley.

Day 2TREKKING, ENJOY THE THERMAL BATHS AND RETURN TO LIMA

  • 06:30: Arrival in Uramasa, here we will have time to have breakfast, have a hot drink to help acclimatize the body, as well as time to use the toilets.
  • 07:30: Start of the trek to the Pumarinri and Escalón waterfalls, to finally reach the highest area of ​​the route, the Laguna Viconga (4,457 meters above sea level), a lagoon that is born from the thaws of the snow-capped León Dormido.
  • 09:30: Walk back to the peasant community of Urumasa.
  • 10:30: Arrival in the Urumasa valley, we get ready to enter the Guñog Thermal Baths.
  • 11:30: Free time for lunch.
  • 12:30: Caninita return to mobility to begin the return to Lima.
  • 15:30: Arrival at the Town of Churín, brief free time to use the toilets and buy a snack before continuing with the trip to the city.
  • 20:30: Arrival in Lima (the arrival time will depend on the time we are finishing the trekking).
