You will ride through dirt roads and mountains until you discover the stunning circular terraces of Moray and the iconic Maras salt mines; the perfect combination of adrenaline, nature, and culture (optional).

With our private service, you don’t have to worry about transportation or schedules. We design this journey exclusively for you. It is the perfect package if you are looking to combine the fun of exploring off-road trails with ultimate relaxation at a premium hotel. Since the tour takes place at an altitude of 3,500 meters (11,483 feet), we recommend taking a rest day prior in the city of Cusco to fully enjoy the trip.

Distance from Cusco to Maras by Van: 1 hour.
Maximum altitude: 3375 meters (11,073 feet) of altitude.
Weather in Maras: Temperate, dry, and unpredictable. The average temperature ranges from 1 °C to 20 °C (34 °F to 68 °F).
IMPORTANT: It is recommended to be properly acclimated to the altitude beforehand in the city of Cusco.
Low season: December to March (rainy season).
High season: April to November (dry season and sunny days).

Day 1TRIP TO MARAS - FREE AFTERNOON

13:30: Private transfer from the comfort of your accommodation in the city of Cusco.
15:00: Arrival at the Memorable Sacred Experience hotel in the Sacred Valley and Check-in. Welcome with a complimentary hot infusion for acclimatization to the Andean climate.
15:30: Free time to enjoy the amenities of the dome suite, walk around the property’s green areas, or relax in the private jacuzzi.
19:00: Suggested dinner at the accommodation’s restaurant to taste dishes and ingredients native to the Cusco region (not included).
21:00: Rest in the room equipped with heating and air conditioning under the clear Andean sky.

Día 2TOUR MARAS MORAY – RETORNO A CUSCO

07:30: Buffet breakfast, which will be available at the hotel restaurant from 07:30 to 09:30.

OPTION: ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE:

08:30: For passengers who decided to take the Maras Moray Tour, please remember to Check Out of your room. Likewise, you will have the benefit of leaving your luggage free of charge in the hotel storage.
08:45: Meeting in the Hotel Lobby to meet with the ATV tour guides. After that, safety equipment will be provided, followed by a practical driving session.
09:15: Start of the ATV tour through the dirt trails and mountainous areas of the Sacred Valley.
10:15: Guided visit to the Moray agricultural research laboratory and the artisanal salt extraction ponds in Maras.
13:15: Return to the hotel premises to pick up your luggage and begin the final private transfer to Cusco City*.

14:30: Arrival in Cusco city.

OPTION: TRAVEL LITE PACKAGE:

10:00: For passengers who chose not to take the tour, please remember that Check-Out must be done by 10:00 at the latest. In this option, you can also leave your belongings safely stored in the hotel storage (free of charge), and you may use the facilities until your pickup time for the return transfer to Cusco city (maximum stay at the hotel: 13:00).
14:00: Arrival in Cusco city.

What is the best time to visit Cusco?

Cusco can be visited all year round, but if you want to travel during the best season, we recommend going between the months of April and October. The probability of rain during these months is low, making the mountains look more majestic and with plenty of bright sunshine.

What important details should I know about the accommodation?

These are the most important details you should keep in mind about the accommodation:

Rates do not apply during Easter, National Holidays, Christmas, New Year, long holiday weekends, or during major international events.
Check-In: from 15:00 hrs / Check-Out: until 10:00 hrs.
Breakfast service hours: from 07:30 to 09:30 hrs.
For families or small groups, accommodation is suggested in their double-height dome suites, which feature a King bed or two full-size beds on the first level, and two full-size beds on the second level, with a maximum capacity of 4 people.
Children under 4 years old must pay an additional charge of 10 dollars for breakfast, while those over 4 years old pay the regular rate.
The use of the facilities is exclusive for guests, restaurant customers, and people with scheduled activities, so external visits are not permitted without prior authorization.
Each room features a large private jacuzzi with capacity for up to 4 people.
The accommodation features free Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning, and heating in each room for the comfort of your stay.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

For this package, we recommend making your reservation up to 7 days in advance. However, if you are from a neighboring country or anywhere else in the world, we recommend booking at least 15 days in advance, or 1 month in advance if your arrival date falls during peak season in Cusco.

Do I need to bring any identification documents during this trip?

Yes, it is essential that all participants carry a valid ID card, Immigration Card or Passport during the activity.
