FAQs

What is the best time to go to Cusco?

Cusco can be visited throughout the year, but if you want to travel in the best season, we recommend you go between the months of April to October, as the probability of rain during those months is low, making the mountains look more majestic and with lots of sunshine.

What important details should I know about Full Day?

The Machu Picchu tour will be conducted as a private service, meaning that the guiding is solely and exclusively for the passengers taking this Full Day, with the exception of the train transfers, which will be carried out as a shared or group service:

–TRAIN TO AGUAS CALIENTES: The seat locations within this service are reflected on the ticket that will be sent to you electronically at the time of the package purchase.

Remember that the MAXIMUM ALLOWED LUGGAGE per client will be 1 piece of luggage of 8 kilos; if this exceeds the allowed amount included per person, please take note of the ADDITIONAL COSTS during the train journeys that you will have to cover: Additional carry-on or bag up to 8kg: USD 15 dollars. 23kg suitcase: USD 25 dollars (costs per luggage unit).

How long in advance can I make a reservation?

Minimum 2 months before the scheduled travel date and/or subject to availability of entrance tickets to Machu Picchu (Circuit 2). If you are from a neighboring country or any other part of the world, we recommend booking at least 3 or 4 months in advance if your arrival date falls during high season in Cusco.
