To detail
Our Full Day tour begins with picking up passengers directly from their accommodations to head north through the picturesque Huaylas Alley. Our first stop will be in the town of Marcará (2,720 m.a.s.l./8,924 feet), where we will have time for breakfast and to coordinate lunch reservations (not included).

Continuing our route, we will take a detour toward the Paqcharuri Ravine, making a brief stop to admire the Paqcharuri Waterfall and its extensive forest of native vegetation, a vital high-mountain ecosystem.

We will enter Huascarán National Park and arrive at Rocutuyoc Lake (approx. 4,500 m.a.s.l./14,764 feet). To reach it, we only need to walk for 10 to 15 minutes; the path features a ramp, making it accessible for people with limited mobility. Here, we will have time to appreciate the vastness of this beautiful lake and take plenty of photos.

The next point to visit (optional) will be the Frozen Lake (approx. 4,550 m.a.s.l./14,928 feet). To get there, we will start from the shore of Rocotuyoc Lake, taking the trail to the right for a hike that takes between 30 to 45 minutes. It is also possible to hire boats to take you closer to the Frozen Lake (they usually charge between S/30-35 soles or US$ 9-11, please remember that this payment must be in soles and in cash). During the journey, we will have spectacular views of the imposing Paccharaju, Vallunaraju, and Copa snow-capped peaks.

After this visit, we will return to the town of Marcará for lunch (not included). Finally, we will head to the vehicle to begin our return trip to the city of Huaraz, arriving at approximately 18:30.
