The adventure begins from the location of Huacachina itself, once you arrive at the meeting point, be sure to keep everything you bring in your pockets, to avoid losing anything important during the walk, if you like, If you like, wear a scarf to avoid eating some sand. Distance from Lima to Huacachina, Ica: 3 hours and 30 minutes approximately.
Distance from Paracas to Ica: 2 hours approx.
Maximum altitude in Ica: 406 meters above sea level (1332 feet).
Climate: Dry and sunny. Average annual temperature 22ºC (71.6 °F).
SUITABLE for children from 3 years old (Specifically for the ride in the sand pits and as long as they are accompanied by an adult).

Yes, it is necessary to at least show your ID in a photograph, to be able to board the Dune Buggie, in order to identify the participants, anyway.
