The winery is located on a beautiful 17th-century hacienda, surrounded by extensive vineyards and olive groves. Here, they specialize in the production of pisco, Peru’s national spirit, made from the distillation of fresh, fermented grapes. You’ll also learn more about the history of Peru’s flagship drink, pisco.

The tour begins with an explanation of the pisco production process, where we’ll enjoy the original facilities dating back to 1684, such as the wine press, the press itself, and the stills. We’ll learn how all this machinery was crucial for crafting pisco using entirely artisanal methods. We’ll also have the opportunity to visit the industrial facilities that currently produce internationally renowned pisco. The tour will culminate in the tasting room, where we’ll sample two different varieties of pisco. Afterward, we’ll have some extra time in the hacienda’s souvenir shop if we’d like to purchase some of these spirits to take home. Finally, we will begin our return to our accommodations where we will conclude our services.
