RC 360 Explora – Training in the Morro Solar

Whenever you want to feel good RUN :)

In December 2018 we did not meet with several boys who joined our first training route in Morro Solar, to that date, we have already been with our training group RC 360explora (Running Club), a group of people that we know. , loves travel but also likes to be fit, meet new people and enjoy healthy and recreational activities.

At that time we decided to launch a free call through our networks and this was the result.

Ascent to Morro Solar

The training began on the climb to the Morro Solar in the District of Chorrillos, from there we jogged up to warm up the body a bit, already at the top, we had time to be able to stretch as it should and start the route.

The complete route that we do, has an approximate of 4km between slopes and flat sites, the most demanding part is the climb up the back of Morro, which borders La Chira Beach, so you can also train, enjoy of sight. Once we reached the highest point, we stopped to take the respective photo and then continue.

The route is not signposted, so we recommend you go with someone who knows the trails well to avoid any setback.
