To detail

Day 1 of the package consists of a complete City Tour through the city of Cusco, we will visit both the colonial part and the architectural part, starting with the Archaeological Parks that are closest to the city and ending with a visit to the Museo de Sitio de Qoricancha.

On day 2, the tour to Machu Picchu starts very early. Already much more acclimatized we will prepare to leave by train to the town of entrance to the citadel: Aguas Calientes, the guided tour of the entire Sanctuary will last approximately 2 hours. Distance from Lima to Cusco by plane: 42 minutes. By Bus: 22 hours approx.

IMPORTANT: Have good acclimatization to the altitude.

Day 1ARRIVAL IN CUSCO AND TRADITIONAL CITY TOUR

07:00: Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel (recommended time).
08:30: Pick up from the accommodation and start of the City Tour.

05:00: Pick up from the Hotel to the Wanchaq Station in Cusco.
05:40: Departure by bus to the Ollantaytambo Train Station.
06:40: Transfer by train to Aguas Calientes.
09:54: Arrival at the PeruRail station in Aguas Calientes.
10:00: Bus ride to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.
10:30: Start of the Tour in Machu Picchu (approximate time).
12:30: End of the tour to Machu Picchu and return to Aguas Calientes by bus.
13:00: Lunch in Aguas Calientes.
2:00 p.m.: Free time for souvenir shopping.
16:22: Departure by train to the Ollantaytambo Station of PeruRail. (Remember that it is necessary to be at the station 40 minutes before).
18:20: Arrival at the train station and transfer by bus to the Wanchaq Station in Cusco.
