Ica – Paracas, Ica and Nazca Lines Overflight Package 2d/1n from Lima

Ready to discover the highlights of the Ica Department? In this package, you’ll visit the famous Ballestas Islands, located within the Paracas National Reserve. Then, continue your journey to the city of Ica, where you’ll experience a dune buggy ride through the Huacachina Desert. After your overnight stay in the city of Nazca, you’ll end your trip with an exploratory flight over 12 of the enigmatic geoglyphs, whose origin remains a mystery to this day.

Our 2-day, 1-night package begins very early in the morning with pickup from your accommodation in Lima. We then head to the Cruz del Sur Bus Station, where we will depart for Paracas Bay. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the El Chaco Artisanal Pier. Here, you will board the speedboats, also known as speedboats. The first point of visit will be the Candelabro, an imposing 180-meter-long figure of unknown origin, but mostly related to the pre-Inca culture of the Paracas. The next destination will be a visit to the Ballestas Islands, a group of islands with a large population of sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and guano birds.

Then, we will depart for the city of Ica, where we will return to the Bus Station on a trip that will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival in Ica, our tour leader will be waiting to take us to the Culturpisco Restaurant, where we will have time for lunch and a wine and pisco tasting at the cellar.

At dusk, we will head to the Huacachina Desert, about 30 minutes away from the restaurant. Here, you will enjoy a high-speed tour through the dunes of one of the largest deserts in Latin America. We will also go sandboarding while enjoying the wonderful views. We will then continue our journey to the city of Nazca, where our tour leader will drop us off at the Cruz del Sur Bus Station in Ica. This trip will take approximately 3 hours. We will arrive at the Nazca Bus Station at 21:30 and then make a final transfer to your hotel for the night.

Early in the morning, a buffet breakfast will be available from 07:00 in the hotel restaurant. The Airmajoro staff (the airline responsible for the Nazca Lines overflight) will pick you up between 8:40 and 9:00 to transfer you to the María Reiche Airfield, where the Nazca Lines overflight will take place. This activity will last 30 minutes, and you will be able to see 12 of the enigmatic Nazca Lines (remember that flight schedules may vary, as they depend entirely on the day’s weather conditions). It’s important to remember to check out of your room before departing for the overflight to avoid extra charges (it’s important to remember that your belongings can be left in the hotel storage, as we will return here for lunch before returning to Lima).

After lunch, your private transfer will pick you up at your hotel and drop you off at the Nasca bus station for the Lima capital (approximately a 6 to 7 hour non-stop journey). Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel (please note that transfers from Cruz del Sur Station are only valid for accommodations located within the Miraflores, Barranco, or San Isidro districts).
