Day 1TRANSFERS FROM PARACAS TO ICA, TYPICAL LUNCH AND BUGGIES IN LA HUACACHINA

  • 04:30: Pick up from accommodation and departure to Cruz del Sur Bus Station.
  • 05:15: Cruz del Sur Bus departure to Paracas.
  • 08:30: Arrival at Cruz del Sur Station in Paracas and private transfers to the El Chaco Pier (starting point of the Tour to the Ballestas Islands). Delivery of the Box Lunch (All-Inclusive Package).
  • 09:00: Start of the Tour on gliders to the Ballestas Islands.
  • 11:00: Return to the mainland and transfer to the Paracas Bus Station.
  • 11:25: Cruz del Sur Bus departure to the city and Ica.
  • 12:55: Arrival in Ica, private transfers to the Hotel & Hacienda La Caravedo for Check in, lunch and subsequent transfers to Huacachina.

What time of year is best to visit this destination?

The Department of Ica, where the Hotel Viñas Queirolo is located, has a privileged climate and sunshine all year round, so it is possible to visit it without any inconvenience.

We recommend taking into account the most important festival of this destination, which is the Harvest Festival (first half of March), since prices and demand tend to rise considerably.

What important details should I know about the Package?

About these services it is important to know:

– INTERPROVINCIAL BUS CRUZ DEL SUR: Passengers must arrive at the bus station 30 minutes before the departure time indicated on their ticket. Seats must be occupied according to the number assigned on their electronic ticket.

– BUGGY RIDE TO LA HUACACHINA: The buggy may be shared with other clients up to the maximum capacity of the sandbox.

What important details should I know about Hotel & Hacienda La Caravedo?

These are the most important details to keep in mind when taking one of the packages at the Hotel & Hacienda La Caravedo.

  • Rates not valid for long weekends that are holidays, such as New Year’s, Easter, Fiestas Patrias, among others.
  • Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 p.m.
  • Type of breakfast included in your rate: American.
  • The tasting tours included in your guest stay are from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. (Please arrive 15 minutes early at the reception)
  • The Peruvian Paso horse exhibition will be from Monday to Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
  • The entry of unregistered extra guests is prohibited.
  • Special prices on the purchase of wines and piscos from the take-away store.
    Remember that you can continue using the facilities within the hotel, after your Check Out until 3:00 p.m., as long as your room is free at the required time. Remember that the hotel has a storage room to store your luggage.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

Minimum 15 days before the scheduled travel date and/or subject to availability of seats. If you are from a neighboring country or from any other part of the world, we recommend that you book at least 20 days in advance or 2 months if the date on which you arrive is during high season in Ica.

Do I need to bring any identification documents during the tour?

Yes, it is essential to present it only when checking in at the Hotel.
