FAQs

What recommendations would you give us if it is our first time in Cusco?

Definitely one of the most important things to do before traveling to Cusco for the first time, is to check how the weather forecast will be during your days of stay, Cusco can be a very cold city, as it is very sunny during the day, for it is necessary to be prepared for everything.

The second is definitely trying to do not very demanding activities on the first day, to get acclimated and get used to the altitude, if not. We advise you to drink coca tea, drink plenty of fluids and also eat as lightly as possible (digestion here is usually a little slower than normal).

What important details should I know about this package?

The tours are offered in a private service, that is, both the transport capacity and the guided service, is solely and exclusively for passengers who take this package. With the exception of the transfers by train and by Tourist Bus to Machu Picchu that are detailed below:

– TOURIST BUS DOWN FROM MACHU PICCHU: The mobility seats will be occupied according to the order of arrival, having to return in the same seat in which you traveled at the beginning of the tour. -RETURN TRAIN TO OLLANTAYTAMBO: The location of the seats within this service is reflected in the ticket that will be sent to you electronically at the time of purchase of the package.

How long in advance can I make a reservation?

Minimum 20 days before the scheduled date of travel and / or subject to availability of places. If you are from a neighboring country or from any other part of the world, we recommend you book at least 30 days in advance or 2 months if the date you arrive is in the high season in Cusco.
